Purna meaning is integrated o complete. Purna style Yoga represents a holistic practice integrating not only physical postures, but also philosophy, meditation, pranayama (breath control) and the social and personal codes of yoga.
The sequences of this style of Yoga are adapted to the general public, dynamic but at the same time with space to rest between postures, since it is a mix between Hatha and Iyengar.
We use blocks, belts and cushions to be able to adapt each position to every need.

YIN
Contemplation practice through holding postures
Yin Yoga is the practice of ground postures. It is usually practiced through sitting postures, or stretched out. And it supposes a training of the mind through maintaining the postures for a longer time.

THERAPEUTIC

Restorative Yoga is a type of therapeutic Yoga whose purpose is to rest the nervous system.
It is performed through soft and passive asanas (postures) that are calm and relaxed at the same time, designed so that the muscular chains of our body loosen and relax, providing prolonged well-being in the practice.

VINYASA YOGA
Dynamic practice coordinating movement and breathing
The practice of Vinyasa Yoga is dynamic and helps activate and mobilize energy.
The term Vinyasa refers to the coordination of movement and breathing, in a logical and orderly sequence.
